Final Year Project 2 (FYP2) Activities for Semester Sept-Jan 2011-2012

Assalamulaikum and good day,

As below is information regarding FYP2 activities for your attention.

2	Students to submit log book &  Draft Report to supervisor	23rd December 2011	15
3	Students to submit  Final Report to supervisor and 2nd examiner	6th January 2012	17
4	Supervisors  and 2nd examiner to submit student’s evaluation mark to FYP2 coordinator	20th Jan 2012	19
5	FYP2 Poster Presentation day	Saturday, 28th January 2012	20

Please be noted that there are about 170 students for FYP2 this semester. Since we have around 100 active academic staffs, in average each lecturer will be assigned with 1~2 reports to be evaluated as a 2nd examiner. 

Please also be informed that Poster Presentation is on Saturday, 28th January 2012
